Deployment Specialist

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Deployment Specialist to join our highly talented team. As a Deployment Specialist, you will act as the point person to help set-up deployments and manage go-lives at future client sites. You will be responsible for helping ensure deployments go smoothly, end users are trained appropriately, and provide post go live support. You will work closely with our high performing engineer, business, and product teams to ensure client deployments go smoothly. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced, challenging environments with complex problems and will be good at problem solving for solutions. You are a listener, an observer, and a visual and verbal storyteller. If you are looking to use your user empathy skills to make a true impact and improve the patient and clinician experience, this is the job for you.
Required skills
- 5 or more years relevant experience in healthcare
- Ability to work closely with pre-sales and deployment architect teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to train end users on Artisight products
- Provide go live support to ensure projects are deployed properly
- Must be willing to travel to client sites for training and deployments

Senior Software Engineer (Backend)
We’re seeking a talented Senior Backend Engineer who is passionate about making an impact in healthcare, and who has the technical skills to leverage our unique dataset in the development of fundamentally transformative AI products for healthcare.
What you’ll do:
- Build new application features and improve existing features.
- Partner with stakeholders to formulate new feature ideas and strategy.
- Design, write, maintain, and debug performant and scalable web applications.
- Work closely with computer vision engineers and AI scientists to build new features and products.
What you have:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Expert level Python and strong Django experience
- Deep understanding of relational database technologies such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL.
- Practical Experience with Docker and Containerized applications
- Familiarity with Git
- Experience designing and developing scalable APIs
- Ability to work through ambiguity and deal with shifting priorities
And nice to have:

Senior DevOps Engineer
We are seeking a talented Senior Dev Ops Engineer who is passionate about making an impact in healthcare, and who has the technical skills to help build out our network of IoT devices and hybrid infrastructure to create the hospital of tomorrow.
What you’ll do
- Build out engineering infrastructure to help deploy and support applications in on-premise and cloud environments.
- Manage and monitor IoT device infrastructure that powers our AI applications.
- Design, write, maintain, terraform scripts/ansible playbooks to manage our infrastructure.
- Monitor the health of all infrastructure and ensure devices are secure from security threats.
- Build internal applications for streamlining the software development lifecycle.
What you have
- 5+ years of DevOps experience
- Expert level Ansible
- Expert level Linux/Unix shell scripting
- Mastery of Ubuntu Linux
- Practical Experience with Docker and Containerized applications, especially docker-compose
- General network management experience

Senior Frontend Engineer
We’re seeking a talented Senior Frontend Engineer who is passionate about making an impact in healthcare, and who has the technical skills to leverage our unique dataset in the development of fundamentally transformative AI products for healthcare.
What you’ll do:
- Build new application features and improve existing features.
- Partner with stakeholders to formulate new feature ideas and strategy.
- Design, write, maintain, and debug performant and scalable web applications.
- Work closely with computer vision engineers and AI scientists to build new features and products.
What you have:
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Expert level React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Working knowledge of WebSocket
- Solid UX design skills
- Experience with Git and Gitflow process
- Experience with building Docker containers
- Comfortable working with Linux environment
- Ability to work through ambiguity and deal with shifting priorities

Senior AI Scientist
We are seeking a talented computer vision and/or NLP expert who is passionate about using their skills to help create the hospitals of tomorrow. Candidates must have a track record of successfully leading projects across multiple engineering, product, and business teams. As a Senior AI Scientist, you will use your technical and people management expertise to help drive development of AI systems. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on knowledge of AI/deep learning and effective leadership to inspire the team, align cross-functional partners, engage senior leadership, and deliver business results.
What you’ll do
- Work collaboratively with product, AI, and engineering teams to turn AI concepts into valuable products
- Develop computer vision/NLP deep learning models for healthcare use cases
- Help to guide the design & architecture of Artisight’s AI platform
- Lead and mentor a team of AI scientists and engineers
What you have
- B.S. in a quantitative field such as computer science, data science, statistics, or related disciplines.
- A minimum of 8 years as a hands-on practitioner developing software solutions of which 4+ years of experience is in AI production solutions.
- A minimum 2+ years of people management experience in software development contexts.
- Deep knowledge and experience in applying AI, machine learning, quantitative methods, predictive modeling and other analytics frameworks and techniques is required.
- Mastery of Linux
- Strong partnering skills and technical domain know-how to successfully lead, engage and influence colleagues in a matrixed and fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with ability to present complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story
- Strong problem solver with ability to lead a cross-functional team to push the solution and progress
- Applied knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling methods for supervised and unsupervised learning.
